Cactus Blue Foodtruck is hugely popular as the only location on Bonaire that consistently serves locally-caught lionfish in a delicious Lionfish Burger. This makes a substantial contribution to protecting our reefs and fish diversity. At the same time, the truck is renowned for its juicy beef hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and vegetarian options.
The menu also features standard items like Lays chips, Doritos and Cheetos, complemented by ice-cold drinks and fresh daily-made local fruit juices. The specialty lies in hamburgers and wraps, with the lionfish burger as a distinctive local highlight. Cactus Blue Bonaire's success stems primarily from consistency in taste and quality of food and drinks combined with their unique spice blend.
Cactus Blue is open for lunch Monday to Friday between 11:00 and 15:00. The location at Corporal Meiss makes it a popular stop for divers.
