We have been looking forward to our trip for months. This is our view. No adapters available or in room, so no 110 support. They were not able to provide alternative room, or refund money. Please save yourself a stay unless you enjoy this view
The pool is great but the ACs rarely work, the cleaners never come, the mattresses are stained, and we all had to mess with our hot water tanks. Not to mention their emergency line is disconnected and if you ask anyone for help they’ll keep pointing ...
Everything was good! Rooms are big and clean with air conditioning. The bar is also nice, there is pizzeria within the resort with tasty pizzas. The only thing that is missing is some soap and shower gel. Make sure you have it with you before arriva...
