Menu & Specialties
All dishes are prepared with the freshest and mostly seasonal ingredients. The international menu combines Mediterranean flavors with local Caribbean influences. Thanks to its oceanfront location, fresh seafood features prominently on the menu.
Sebastian's is open daily for dinner from 17:30, and from 17:00 on Sunday. The restaurant is located along the boulevard in Kralendijk and is easily accessible by car. Reservations are recommended, especially for the Pier Table. For other international restaurants nearby, check out La Cumbre or CHEFS Bonaire.
