The kitchen works exclusively with authentic Japanese preparation methods, which means cooking takes a bit longer than in regular restaurants. The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday from 18:00.
Menu
The menu features fresh sushi and sashimi, prepared with fish caught by local fishermen. Alongside classic sushi rolls, Osaka also offers special rolls with both fish and fillings plus toppings. For the teppan yaki dishes, the kitchen uses fried rice combined with vegetables, all prepared on the traditional iron grill plate.
Osaka is located in the center of Kralendijk, close to other restaurants such as VIP Grill Bonaire. The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Reservations are recommended via phone number +599 782 3140.

Good sushi with local flair. Would note that the rolls are very thick. I personally prefer to have all the flavors and textures of the roll in every bite. Maybe I need a bigger mouth. Would also like to see more than one sake option.
