All studios measure 35 m² and feature a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and an extra-long box spring bed (180 x 210 cm). The two-story apartment has a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms, and a large terrace. Nearly all apartments have a private jacuzzi on the 8 m² terrace.

Each apartment includes air conditioning, ceiling fan, and both 110V and 220V outlets with USB connections. The kitchens are fully equipped with refrigerator, cooktop, and Nespresso machine. Cleaning is performed every four to five days, and groups of up to 12 people can rent the entire property for exclusive use.
